Part 1:
When she was 3 day old,the child was tachypnoeic with moderate cyanosis.Peripheral pulses were felt,single S2 and 3/6 continuous murmur over left infraclavicular area.
On 5th day of her life,cardiac catheterization,ballon atrial septotomy and right modified Blalock Taussig shunt was done.
Part 2:
At 20 months of age,she had increasing cyanosis and polycythemia.
Left modified BT shunt was performed then.
